Refund Cancellation

At Madrassati, we aim to provide a reliable and valuable service to all of our users. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before subscribing or renewing your subscription.

1. Subscription Plans

Madrassati offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The applicable fees and billing cycles are disclosed at the time of purchase or renewal.

2. Free Trial

  • New users may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised on our website.
  • During the free trial, you can use all or selected features without being charged.
  • You will not be charged unless you convert to a paid plan after the trial ends.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at noreply@madrassati.fr.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account will retain limited access unless explicitly deleted, and data may be stored in accordance with our retention policy.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle, but no partial or full refunds will be issued.
  • Annual Subscriptions:
    • If you cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund.
    • After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: Madrassati does not offer pro-rated refunds for unused features, early cancellations, or mid-term service changes.

5. Exceptional Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional cases such as:

  • Technical issues on our part that rendered the platform unavailable for a significant period.
  • Unauthorized transactions, provided they are reported within 7 days of the transaction date.

To request an exceptional refund, contact us at noreply@madrassati.fr with your account details and reason for the request.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension.

7. Termination by Madrassati

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account due to violations of our Terms of Service or for any unlawful or abusive usage. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
